As of now, we anticipate delays in shipments but remain operational and are working diligently with our shipping partners to keep everyone safer while getting your order to you as quickly as possible.
Carriers currently are not guaranteeing delivery times for shipments.
We are unable to refund shipping costs on any delays in shipments.
Due to our automated system, orders are automatically submitted to our system as they are placed online. We are experiencing some delays in our support services due to measures taken to reduce the spread of COVID-19. At the moment, we are experiencing longer response times. Please note that we are unable to cancel or modify orders that have already been shipped. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Upon shipment, you will receive an e-mail notification containing tracking information so that you can view the status of your order. Please note the following delivery requirements: A signature is NOT required for deliveries. The driver may leave your package at the manager’s office.
If one or more of the items in your order is out of stock, your order will not ship until all items are available (applicable to both international and domestic orders). Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information within 1 - 2 days.
