Product Questions

When will you release a new case for my device? 
We will periodically add new products to the most popular devices. We strive to bring our customers the latest, highest quality and most fashionable product on a regular basis.

How do you clean the cases? 
Most of our cases can be cleaned with soap and water then left out to air dry or wiped down with a damp towel. Do not put wet cases back on the phone. To keep the cases clean from bacteria, we suggest regular cleaning or use special case cleaners.

 

Order Questions

How can I make changes to my order? 
Simply email or Live Chat us immediately after submitting your order. Be sure to include your order number. If it is the device type, case type or color that you would like to adjust, please let us know the adjustment details in your request.

Why didn't I receive my order confirmation email? 
If your registered email address is from a popular free email service, the order confirmation email may fall into your Spam / Junk folder. If you still cannot find your order confirmation email after checking your Spam / Junk folder, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issue.
