You may return, replace or exchange any new, unused product within 30 days of delivery. All eligible returns include FREE returns shipping. Please email support at email@example.com to start your return process.
Once your return is processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted your return request. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days. Rush shipping cost is not refundable.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund 5 business days after your return is delivered:
First, check your bank account again. Then, contact your payment company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sales items will be refunded at their sales price.
