Returns & Refund Policy

Free Returns within U.S.
 
You may return, replace or exchange any new, unused product in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. All eligible returns within United States include FREE returns shipping. For returns outside of United States, shipping expenses remain the responsibility of the customer. Please email support at support@wesellcases.com to start your return process.

Products used or without their original packaging may still be returned within 30 days but are subjected to a restocking fee of 25%.

If the order is returned due to wrong address, a shipping charge of $5 will be deducted from refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and process your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 days.

Sale items
Sales items will be refunded at their sales price.
